The Airline Passenger Management System (APMS) is a patented concept for in-flight control of passenger movement within the cabin of an airliner. Invented by Nicholas J. Naclerio, a former U.S. Army Intelligence and Law Enforcement executive, APMS is a strong complement to the CAPPS-2 system and armed Federal Air Marshals as well as a viable alternative to the prospect of having innocent civilians lose their lives due to their plane being shot down by fighter jets. Mr. Naclerio is currently communicating with Federal Agencies, airlines, aerospace contractors, airline industry labor unions and members of the United States Senate to promote the development and testing of a prototype APMS system. This site has been created as a central repository for information regarding APMS and airline passenger safety issues in general. As such it will be growing and developing over time. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding APMS please contact us at NaclerioGroup@cs.com. |
